Site Evaluations
This is a separate service we offer in addition to our turn-key solution. We will visit your property to give you a site evaluation that includes measuring the lot size, looking for encroachments, assessing the land, and making sure the home placement meets the requirements of the community. This is an extremely important part of the process to make sure you have everything in place to achieve your desired product.
Buildable Envelope
After we measure the property and evaluate the site, we give you a buildable envelope. What this means is we tell you what size unit you can fit on your lot. This information can be taken to your local factory contact and browse through predesigned floor plans to find the correct measured home for you. Your plant representative will also inform you of the different exterior add-ons including garages, carports, sheds, and more.
Site Prep
Now that you have your order in place, it’s time for site prep. This includes removing the landscape such as trees, bushes, or anything that could prevent delivery. After landscape has been removed and the site is ready for foundation, we will begin the foundation and required work based on your area and municipal guidelines.
Set and Close
After the home sections have been delivered and placed on the foundation, our team can take over. They can place the home on the foundation and move forward with the close up, block and tie down, skirting, exterior entry, and interior finishes. More in depth, we work on the utilities connect, and interior trim to present you a turn-key new construction home.
Further Add-Ons
We don’t have to stop there, if you have a vision for your property, we can expand. Do you want to build a garage, carport, or shed? We can build this.
